Police in Chennai

Back to Chennai. This was shot by me on the beach road, Chennai. Though the angle of the view doesn't show how long the auto-rickshaws are lining up in the queue it is visible at least that they are stopping the autos just beside the sign board in Tamil which reads : It is prohibited to stop Auto-rickshaws here.
What a blatant violation of rules! That too, in front of a police man!
Eventually the police man shouted at the auto drivers to move away after he saw me clicking them.
